  2. I am def going to have to check out their shoes.... I used to get so much great stuff at Ann Taylor, things were 100% wool, silk, cotton, with lining....now that store I feel has cut back on the quality of their materials but the prices aren't less than before.

    1. That is the case with a lot of stores, Bessie. I think AT has done an overall pretty good job in keeping price reasonable and quality in check. Of course that depends on the piece you get too. Keep me posted.

  4. Thanks for the sale alert! I love AT Perfect Pumps too and have worn the original leather to death! But I will never throw them out no matter how bad they get bc they are just so classic and comfortable. I really like the colored suede pumps, tried to purchase the dark jade ones using the additional 30% code for card members you mentioned but it did not work. =( Was it only for one day (yesterday)? ATCARES works but that's only 25%.

    1. Panina,it should still be valid today. Make sure the amount after 30% off is over $125. The code is for min $125 purchase. I did a mock check out and it worked for me. Please let me know if you need more help.

    2. Thanks for your quick reply. I choose 2 perfect suede pumps, berry ($129.99) and jade ($110.60), which totals $240.59. When I added your 30% code, it did not give me any discount. is it because the berry pump is on sale and not a full priced item? I'll try smth else.

    3. Okay, that is the reason. It only works for full price shoes. Do you know if the suede pumps fit like the leather or patent? I'm normally 7.5 in other companies but wear 7 at AT. Thanks again.

    4. Good that you sorted it out. I updated the post to say full-price. Sorry about the confusion.
I haven't tried the suede pumps, so I can't advice. I do notice that their shoe sizes are not consistent. If you have doubt, and don't want to miss this opportunity, you can order 2 sizes. Hope it works out for you.

    5. I got my order last night, so quick! I ended up ordering 7 and 7.5, the 7 fit perfectly but the toe bed is very narrow and my toes are a bit squished. The 7.5 had more room for my toes, but there was a tiny gap between my heel and the shoe. Compared to my original leather and patent PP, I noticed that the quality is different. They're still comfortable but some parts of the shoe doesn't look well made. The jade color is so unique and gorgeous for fall, I might forgive the decrease in quality... still debating.

    6. Wow that was quick! I have the same issue with sizing. What I end up doing is I go with the bigger size, and use inserts. I found out that inserts solve majority of my sizing issues. :) As for quality, that is such a shame. People are willing to pay for quality, but if the quality declines, they'll start losing customers. Let me know what you decide.

  5. Thanks Vicky!! I was able to order two pairs of the stacked heel PP. Hopefully one works out!
