My mother-in-law was visiting for the past few weeks, and I have taken her shopping a few times. Last weekend, after we successfully purchased a black winter wool coat for her, we were ready to go home. When we walked by Zara, I decided to go in and take a look. I was very glad to find this tweed jacket Jean blogged about in size small. However when I put it on, even though the fit was flawless, it just didn't look that outstanding. I decided to take it home with me and think about it. On the way to the register, I spotted this boyfriend blazer. Was I glad that I tried it on. It was all I wanted for a boyfriend blazer. I searched for something like it for more than a year and I'm glad my search is finally over. So I put back the tweed jacket that I wasn't sure about and decided to get this boyfriend blazer instead. Mother-in-law was very sneaky. While I was take off the blazer, setting it down and putting my own jacket on, she snatched it quickly and said "I'm buying it!" Off she went to the checkout. So this is how I got my first Christmas present. :) Thank you, Mom! I know I would love it to piece. I already wore it twice this week, once to work with skirt and once today in a more casual way. I love its versatility and think every girl should own one.
Are you wondering why I was laughing so hard? That's because my son was making silly faces at me. He's in a very silly stage right now and is a clown every day.
